ABOUT

I'm Kate and Flying K Ranch is my home. I am passionate about small scale farming, ranch life, and healthy living and find so much reward in sharing it with others. In addition to managing the ranch and The Farm School, I am also a mom to two boys (Dane 9 and Brandt 5) and work as a flight nurse for Airlift Northwest.

THE RANCH
Flying K Ranch is located on 20 acres in the Northeastern corner of the Kittitas Valley. We specialize in horse boarding and hay production and are also home to The Farm School, a non-profit extension and educational entity that works to educate the public about small scale farming, self-sustainable living, and homesteading.
